I used nik filter polarization and lightroom adjustments to achieve this affect. This is a shot of a waterfall with fall colors reflecting on the water.

Todd, striking effect...I agree with Bill, the strong contrast makes this look like stained glass, but liquid! well done. Although I might be tempted to do a horizontal crop of the lower 1/2 to eliminate the bright white spot in the upper left, including just the three golden swooshes on the bottom
