After miss-reading a sign, I ended up going in the wrong direction, only to retrace my steps and again take a wrong turn. I was determined to find these falls (because they're not hidden) so I just kept heading in the general direction where I thought they were. I finally found my self on the right path and was soon standing in the middle of the stream, shooting up at these 115ft falls. I wish I hadn't got lost and missed the best light.

Nice shot Dean considering the poor light. A little more room on the left to catch the small cascade near the bottom might improve an already good comp but it looks like farther to the left meant including more "harsh" light.

Nice comp. I love the mid-stream boulder and little yellow leaf. I'm on the fence about the small portion of sky on top, I think I prefer it without. Nice image

Beautiful place. I like the contrasting textures of the water and the rocks. Nicely handled light too.

Beautiful falls Dean. I really enjoy the comp you chose, and that leaf is very cool. Looks like a great place to visit again with softer light in the background.
