Interesting profile, Patrick, and despite the poor light you managed to freeze the motion by using a high ss. You don't mention post processing. You might be able to considerably improve this image with some computer work. I find it difficult to say more based on this image size. I just can't examine the detail very well.

I was not impressed with how dark the image is on the site. I worked in PS to brighten it and brought out the detail in the wings, although the scope of my PS capability is very narrow. Learning as I go. I will post the second image. Thank you for your comments Steve.

I'm not sure if you know, Patrick, that when you further process the same image you can post it immediately with your comment in this same thread. It can only be posted in the small version but that can be enough to illustrate the effect of brightening for example. Just use the "Choose File" button beneath your comment. If you do that you should add "+Repost" to your title so that everyone knows about it. If you are posting a new image then you need to wait 48 hours and start a new thread with the new image.
