Nice shot Charlie. I like the comp and lighting, and the rocky bottom makes a nice BG.

Exceptional lighting and lovely autumnal tone throughout. A small suggestion is perhaps brighten up the left upper portion just a tad to see the bg a little.

I may try that Gary. It is bland but the trouble is there isn't any interesting rocks. like below. I'll post if I think it any better but I think you have a correct feel about that corner.

Beautiful leaf, Charlie. The real plus is the stem poking into the water. Glad you included the larger image.

IMO, I would clone out the two lighter spots in the water.
