The Hooded Merganser drakes get a lot of attention, and rightfully so, but the gals are pretty too

I like the full hood up image you have captured here. Exposure really emphasizes the nice eye color. Green and gold reflections in the water are a nice compliment to the bird. A lower angle would add the this already great photo.
