This shot was taken along the Cuisance creek forming the falls I posted last sunday.
I loved tha autumnal atmosphere of the sleeping forest.

Thanks for viewing.
C&C are very welcome.

Beautiful fall waterfall scene. I might burn down the close leaves coming down from the top. Their size relative to all the other leaves tend to distract me just a bit. Minor though. Real nice image.

Lots going on here, but the water sort of ties it all together. Could also maybe see cropping this square using just the top of the image.

This is beautifully done, Monica. Like Tony said; the water ties everything together in this scene. My only suggestion; and this is just a personal preference; would be a crop of the moss covered rock at the bottom.

I like the color and composition of this a lot. The zig-zag water moving through the frame is very nice.

Thanks a lot to everybody.
I've tried a comp, cropping the bottom. Does it work better? Thanks again. :wavey:

This is very nice Monica. I really like the trees and fall color in the background. I think the crop version works better without the foreground rock. I also like the crop suggestion Tony made about just trying the upper half of this, or maybe the top 2/3 and not cropping the side. Just some thoughts and nothing that needs to be done as it is quite nice as you have it now.

I like the wider view of the original (although I agree that you could lose some of the fg without hurting the excellent balance here) I like the pov, too. A very pretty scene and well captured.

Monica,

You've captured a very pleasing autumn and cascade combination. Very nice falls and I really like the added element of the autumn forest above. And because of that I was going to comment on a crop and I see that you've already posted it. I like it very much and think it's a solid improvement of the scene. Your original is nice as presented, but I felt the very bottom was one of those situations where you either need more foreground, or none at all. I like the crop. Thanks for taking the time to rework.

A delicate fall scene, Monica. I like the repost as it simplifies, drawing the eye easily into the scene.

The LP looks very nice Monica. Excellent look & exposure @ 1 second.
Have to tell ya I prefer this original with the mossy/leaf covered rock FG, it anchors the shot and gives the viewer added interest/details..Anyway, that's my two cents:smile:
Well done & Happy Holidays my friend :wavey:
