Rainclouds rolled in as the sun set on Worthing Beach, Barbados. Just returned from a trip there. Loved the turquoise water.

I really like this image. The composition draws me right into the image. The sky adds real drama and the colors work really well. Fine image.

The sense of suspended action here is tremendous. Excellent, Wayne.

Very dramatic and in such a beautiful location. I almost find there's a little too much contrast but that's just me.

Wayne,
I'm really liking this. Wouldn't call these layers, maybe zones? But the distinct colors and zones make this capture quite intriguiging and amazing considering the very minimalistic capture. The turquois as you pointed out is central to the image and lovely. The sand, white surf and gloomy sky all fit together for a well scene seascape. Excellent.
Personal suggestion would be a slight crop from the top to give the sky a more equal proportion relative to the other three elements. Might not be for you, just a thought.

The exposure for the surf is spot on...great transitions of colors between the sand and golden light of the sunset. Wonderful drama.

Awesome shot, love that turquoise water with the gold just above it. Really liked the bigger shot. It should be on a 40 x 60 canvas.

Love the drama Wayne but I think the black point is a touch too high. Just a personal preference.

Powerful shot, I could see cropping a bit of the sky as Lon mentioned already.
