Robber Fly Ovo-positing

I went out into the desert & sat under a tree waiting for something to come by. Nothing came by except for this Robber Fly. Every once in awhile I would lose track of her, but would find her again by following her loud buzzing noises.

C&C appreciated.

Fantastic subject detail and a nice complementary BG. I find the monochromatic color of the fly quite interesting. Excellent capture. :toast:

Very nice behaviour shot- Fine detail and a pleasant BG- Never seen an oviposing robberfly (always hungry and hunting)- You could also try a bit tighter crop, cutting a bit the lower and the right sides of the frame- Well done, Fabio

Eirini, nice behavioral image. The robber fly is tack sharp & is isolated nicely from the background. Nice image!
