After an unsuccessful sunset photoshoot I decided to hike up in the dark to this lake and see what the morning would bring.

Very pretty Dean. Nice mood. I might try cropping a little off the bottom to get the rock closer to the bottom of the frame.

I like the comp. It feels a bit underexposed to me, but that does create a bit of a somber mood.

Dean, I especially like the foreground textures as well as the overall mood of your image. Your exposure and processing reflects the atmosphere of this cold wintry scene well to me.
