I like the effect of the long exposure here, but I don't particularly like the comp of where the rocks are. They do balance the detail in the BG on the right a bit, but doesn't work for me overall. I really like the cloud layer mirroring the ocean.

I see you've posted a few images, so I'd also like to suggest you jump in and comment! You might be suprised how much you learn by commenting, and you tend to get out of these forums what you put into them.

I really like the parts of this image—the sky, the sea. the startling streak of gold on the horizon, the long exposure; but I have to agree with David about the overall composition of the elements. I like that the rocks connect the sea and the sky, but I wish they weren't so tight to the left edge. The strip of beach at the bottom gives some context and another layer to the scene, but its angled placement disturbs the otherwise beautiful symmetry of the scene. Nevertheless, a lovely scene and I thank you for sharing it.

I'm going to add my voice to the others here - the composition doesn't feel balanced. The streak of gold is a neat point of interest - though the blown highlights are a bit harsh. I do like the smooth tones and the beautiful location.
