Here's a photo I took a couple of weeks ago, while looking around in my backyard at some ice that had formed.

I took this with a fluorescent white balance, as I prefer the bluer look...however, I warmed this up slightly. It's cropped a small amount for composition purposes, also, from the bottom and right.

Nikon D70, 60mm, f/5, 1/640, ISO 200, handheld.

All comments and critiques appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
Jaymes

I like your POV and the 3-D feel in this ice photo, Jaymes. In the larger version I really feel like I am face to face with the ice! I also like your DOF choice with just some of the ice in focus and the rest in a blue abstract blur.

Very sparkly and jewel-like.
