Ice bears walking

I will submit one last ice image before we get into Spring! I thought this looked like two bears side by side taking a walk. (This was actually taken several years ago and not from my recent "ice shoot".)

Panasonic DMC-FZ28. 9mm at F/3.2 for 1/125 sec. ISO 100.

Apologies to Reed for another ice image!

Carolyn, how about "Ice Figures" for a weekly challenge theme? You're all set. However, once again, I see something different. I see one pig instead of two bears.

Oh this is funny, Scott, how we see such different things. And again, I'm having a really hard time finding the pig image you see! Wonder what all this says about us?? Any psychologist photographers on NPN?

I love these ice shots! This one reminds me of ancient cave paintings of bison--very cool!

Well, I love ice and would never get tired of seeing images featuring amazing details like the ones in your photo, Carolyn. Everything works quite well except for the fringing at the contrast edges. But that should be an easy fix.

Looks like two elephants with major headaches to me. Guess I've lived near DC for too many years.

This one's my new favorite. Beautiful clarity and such fun lines.
