This is Washington Pass looking east over the North Cascades Highway. I like the muted colors, and if you look to the upper left, you can see one of the overlooks that look down to the road, to Liberty Bell Mountain, and down the valley. Beautiful place

Beautiful, indeed. A wonderful range of colors beneath the soft light make this incredibly scenic.

A great view of a U shaped valley carved by a glacier. My eyes swing back and forth as they move deeper into the picture. That really adds to the depth.
