Early Spring Morning

I made this picture two weeks ago today. With the early spring we are having it has been fun to be out shooting scenes that we would usually wait another month for. The warm light and early morning fog made this scene for me. Taken close to home near the WI River.
Thanks for any thoughts. 7D, 70-300L @175mm, iso 200, f/7.1 and 1/125 sec.

This is sweet! Love the fog, and the warm light really works with the color of the foreground grass.

Very nice, Nick. Soft, warm light and colos. Love the shapes in the trees. This has a rather painterly feel to it. Very evocatibve mood.

Beautiful mood and tones. Really love this image. I might consider a crop from the top though to remove the uppermost layer of darker blue..
