Grampians

Rocks in the Grampians have distinctive patterns and textures. For this sunset, my other camera body was setup on the tripod capturing a timelapse. To occupy myself I continued to run around and take photos handheld, so didn't get as much dof as I would have liked, but still pretty happy with these results. From now on I'll be taking 2 tripods along!

Very nice. I like the wash of light being everywhere except in the shadows and how the leaves picked up the highlights. I also ran into the double tripod problem when I had my LF camera setup and wanted too capture shots on my DSLR meanwhile. The problem is, my backpack is packed to the limit already.

I like how the scene is bathed in this warm light. Very neatly composed Tom.

Tough light, but you did a great job with it. One exposure

Thanks for the comments. Tony, this is a single image double raw processed for sky and foreground then manually blended.
