Mother goose + repost

The light was a little harsh yesterday so I had to do a blend. This might be a little dark for some but I found it difficult with the extreme amount of contrast to get the correct exposure. I will be following up with this goose. Hopefully I can be there when the chicks are born. I've always wanted to catch hatch lings emerging from there cramped little space. I will just have to get out early before the sun.

It does look like you had some harsh light, Todd. Exposure looks fine, but there seems to be a blue-green color cast to the image.

Given what you had to work with this is a beautiful shot, the way the bird is framed, and I like the dappled light..
