I spent the morning in a blind at a lek in northern Barton County, central Kansas. Eleven males and no females this morning. According to the people at the Kansas Wetlands Education Center, who set up the blind, this is typical and that females haven't been seen much on this lek this spring. 7D, ISO 400, f/8, 1/320, ~65% original image (mostly cropped off left and top). C&C always welcome and appreciated.

Nice image, Rob. I love the look at the head and face in the larger view. The exposure looks just right to me. I might add back a tiny bit to the left.
