Hi everyone!

Here's one from a recent trip to Tanzania. It was a ton of fun watching these two males duke it out in Ngorongoro Crater--definitely a side of zebras most probably don't think about. It certainly made me thing twice about cuddling with one! Thanks for looking! :-)

Camera: Nikon D7000
Lens: 28-300 f3.5-5.6
ISO: 400
Aperture: f/8
SS: 1/1000th

Kickass ! If i may say so

I was going comment wishing for catchlight on the kicking zebra, but then i looked at the larger version. I like the look of nonchalance on the face of the kicker.

Hey Joe,

Excellent timing - you captured the action well. Techs look solid to me (especially the exposure) and you definitely did effectively portray a "different" side of zebra behaviour. Well done...

Cheers...thanks for sharing this...

This is great, Joe! Love the low POV you managed to achieve here. Great action too.
If I had to pick a nit I would have liked a tad more space on the LHS to 'balance things out'

Cool timing, Joe. I think you nailed the techs. Given the action is going to the hind legs and the contact of the kick, I think a bit more space on the left would make it stronger still.
