Abstract from a Yellow-Red mix Tulip - you are seeing one single petal edge at close to 1:1 magnification.

ND300s, AFS 60mm F/2.8 Micronikkor @ F/4.8, 1/250 Sec, ISO200, Morning Light diffused using a 12 inch diffuser and handheld.

Thanks a lot for commenting on Snowbells and do let me know what you think of this one.

WHOA. Awesome abstract Ram. Excellent sharpness on that petal edge. I can't believe the sharpness that you get when you shoot handheld! Excellent in every way.

Holy crap this is amazing. What I have in mind when I've been experimenting. Not having wind blow the subjects helps a lot. Great work!

Have missed your abstracts, Ram - and this is a wonderful comeback !! The sharp petal edge is perfectly placed to ground the composition, and the lines and colours are a delight.

A very artistic abstract, Ramamohan. The colors are complementary, and the
lines which are diagonal and curving are a real plus.
