Oh my Jagdeep, what a wonderful image. I can certainly see why it was chosen for a magazine cover. The eyes are mesmerizing and the tongue adds a nice punch of color. :toast:

Great pov and the look in the eyes works really well. Nice color and detail also.

Was this taken in Tadoba? The forest dept needs to work on making the artificial waterholes a lot less artificial-looking! Beautiful image, by the way!

Thanks friends! Yes DR. Ajit, this is Tadoba, when we met there two years ago.
I personally don't like that place very much, because of man made water holes, pucca roads and lack of open spaces.

Hi Jagdeep,

Very cute and very compelling. Congratulations on this being featured on the cover of the magazine.

If this were mine I'd experiment with shifting the crop a little - if the original has more room around it I'd try adding some foreground and removing a little of the background. I think that would help create the illusion that the image was shot from a lower angle. But just a thought and great as posted...

Cheers...

Brad

Incredibly beautiful.. Truly deserves to be on the cover of a magazine. Loved the colour representation in the eye and the tounge too. :)

I can see a faint cast of blue on the stripes (particularly on the back), can possibly be corrected in some photo-editing software.
