Image taken in my yard on Sunday. Nikon d700, 180 macro, tripod, f16, 1/20sec, iso 400. I have a few more of this clematis I like. Choosing between them is not easy. I may post one or two more either here or in flora. Larger version included. Thanks for looking. Comments welcome. :wavey:

Superb bottoms up view of the Clematis, Scott. Great positioning of the petal ends in the bottom right thirds and terrific leading lines amidst pastel purple :toast:

I like the comp a lot, great use of F/16 for this Scott.
I think the bit of pink peaking through adds good interest, well done! :toast:

The flow lines and their placement work really well. I also like the subtle color contrast between the yellow/greens and pastel purples. What a glorious umbrella for a small critter.

Beautiful pov for this clematis, not one I'm used to seeing. Wonderful pastel greens and purples complimenting each other so well.
