Would have sworn it was an image of swamp water, moss and algae. Regardless, nice mix of shapes, colors and textures. Great macro post.

The tiny patch of green moss stands out nicely in your frame, great interest & well composed.
I especially like textures and colors the rusting iron brings to the shot..
Unique & unusual image Timothy, I like it

Timothy - Looks superb - the rust provides some excellent contrast and beautifully frames the small tuft of vegetation. What a lovely frame

I would never have guessed that this was anything other than a swamp or something similar. A great image Tim, all those textures and strong contrasts are really mesmerizing.

Thank you all, very much! One of the fascinations, fo me, with macro shooting is the attempt at creating another world.

Excellent color palette with nice texture. The "green island" is well placed in the frame. Nicely done Timothy.
