I found this scene during my stay in Alm Valley in Upper Austria two weeks ago. While the clouds covering the summits made for a kind of mystic atmosphere, I enjoyed exploring all the subsurface elements in the lake.

The large version has very nice detail. I like the clouds clinging to the peaks and the color here.

What a beautiful place! The clouds over the peaks are very nice and I really enjoy the colors and reflections in the water. Nice capture, Peter.

A beautiful tranquil scene Peter. One suggestion I have is to bring up the brightness of the water ever so slightly. I can image the peace of mind one would experience at this lake front.

The top 2/3 are fantastic! I would crop out the bottom portion--it does complete the symmetry of layers here, but it just isn't aesthetic enough to justify i think. Nice shot! :smile:
