Caribbean Calm
by Navin Sarma
From my trip last week to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic where we celebrated one of my best friends' weddings.
Didn't have much time for photography. Parque del Este is relatively close but with a 4 day trip, was impossible to hit with all the wedding events in tow. Luckily, I was able to retreat for a half day hike down the shoreline.
Nothing much in terms of vast scenery. Open flat water and distant trees. I instead was more intrigued by the details of the beach. I found a small freshwater stream that emptied into the ocean and caused some interesting shapes & textures as the water sources delicately rode around and on top of one another. The setting sun lent some nice texture and color.
C&C appreciated. thanks for looking!!
