I can only echo Scott's thoughts. Love the dappled sunlight throughout snd the luminosity of the flowers.
They lead my eye into the image exceptionally well.

Great image, the light on the flowers really sets the dark moody scene off!!

Very nice Alex. For me, the mid ground is perfect - proper exposure and light. The FG is very nicely composed but seems a bit on the dark side on my uncalibrated work monitor. The sky is beautiful, but I might crop a bit off the top. All in all, a really sweet shot that might could be made even better with slight tweaking.

Everything looks really good here, I think it is a little too dark overall, however.

Beautiful light and flowers, Alex. Perhaps it could be brighter as suggested, but not by much, IMO.

Wonderful photo Alex. The touch of light on those sunflowers and hills in the distance is a great addition. I enjoy the darker processing on this one, seems a bit more realistic.
Neurosis profile pic? Awesome. Times of Grace right? The Doorway is still one of my all time favorite songs.
If you are ever in Wyoming, hit me up. I'll introduce you to some wild plains and desert areas that aren't photographed by many people...if any actually. Most people stick to the Tetons and Yellowstone. They seem to forget much of the state is sparsely populated and chock full of unique photographic opportunities. And tons of actual backpack wilderness stuff as well if you are into more challenging hikes.

The yellows in the balsam root look more natural than most of the other images coming out of this area. The light on the hills is gorgeous. I could see a small crop off the top of the sky.

Beautiful light and colors Alex. I really like the direct light on the foreground flowers and the low clouds on the left horizon. Well done.

Beautiful! Love how the light pulls my eyes from the foreground flowers to the ridges and into the sky.

Beautiful! Great comp and wonderful light and colors. Most of all I love the feel of this image. I do agree with a little crop off the top. Excellent work, Alex!

Great work, Alex! Excellent light on those background hills and on the foreground balsamroot. I like the golden sky color you got from shooting this direction at this time, rather than into the light directly at a later time for a pink explosion. The horizon looks a bit tilted to the right to me, although I realize that could just be the way the hills are naturally.
I can see the tree Ryan, Jeremy, and Koveh shot down there in the midground.. did you have to clone those guys out? :)
