Early morning with a clear sky, except right on the eastern horizon. This is just as the sun is breaking the horizon, but still behind the thin layer of clouds on the horizon. Thanks for your comments and critiques.

I like the subtle twilight colors here Richard. The pano crop works well for this scene.

Kind of a cool comp. Would really like to see what this scene looked like with more sun on those rocks.

Where is this? Looks pretty cool.

Nice composition, but IMHO it needs just a touch of brightness. Really enjoy your photos from this region. Thanks for sharing.

Nice comp and agree that a little brightness might help.

Lovely lighting and soft colors. I like the near/far tension between the buttes on the left and those in the distance on the right. Your pano crop has me thinking what would a stitched pano have looked like.

A wonderful landscape and I can almost smell the atmosphere. I have a slight reservation for the composition as the image seems a bit heavy on the left. A very nice separation of lovely subdued colors.
