Bryce at Night

This has to be one of my best star shots to date. We went deep into the hoodoos at Bryce Canyon to get night shots of the stars and milky way. One of the guys in our group went down below to light the lower canyon and we asked him to stay in the shot so we could get his silhouette. Another one of our group put light on the upper walls so they would have some light but yet still be dark enough to capture the fantastic star scene in front of us...the result was spectacular in my opinion.
