My son in his nine years of wisdom imparted on me today while subjecting him to another round portrait experiments that it is not fair of me to have given birth to children just to exploit them to be my models !!! Oh dear the poor misguided child, I love him dearly but why else would we have them if not for their cheap modeling potential ! All wrongs are quickly forgiven with the promise of a ice cream outing !

Remind him of how fortunate he is. You could be the old woman who lives in the shoe, and he'd have to help with all the laundry and changing diapers. Sitting still for photos is letting him off easy. Lighting on the shot works, BTW.

The veil is providing a sense of mystery that goes a long way in making this portait so interesting for me. Well done once again, Lorna.
