Another Zinnia. They are one of the flowers that tolerate our May heat. A lot of species wither and die these days.
But here I like the bright morning sun on the petals.

Lovely. The DOF is just right for the flower and nice colorful bg. :toast: The only minor suggestion is perhaps bringing up the brightness a touch in the left part of the bloom.

Wayne I like the nice color mixture, zinnia and BG colors. The framing is IMO very well chosen, not based on any rule, but it's all the charm of this beautiful photograph. :toast:

Good use of (intense) color; nice composition. I like the soft BG. More noise in the image than I'd expect (what ISO was this?).

Frame filling colors, one of the best shots I've seen of this common garden flower..
