This Katydid nymph was grazing on a clover flower in a local meadow.

Canon Rebel T1i. 180mm macro lens. F/10 for 1/50 sec. ISO 400. Tripod mounted, natural lighting with spot lighting on bug with LED gorillapod light.

I like this a lot, Carolyn. Exceptional macro image. Excellent detail on the little Katydid, a great BG, and the overall colors are beautiful. I'd be very happy with this macro image. :toast:

Great details in both the Katydid and flower. The colors in the insect are pretty amazing.
