The composition is very good. The exposure of the middle area is good, but the top and bottom parts look too dark on my monitor. It could be due to differences in monitors but this is what I see: The detail on the ground is lost in shadow, and the top part of the tree is lost against the dark sky. My general impression is that the image is underexposed The middle part could probably hold detail if the overall brightness were to be increased.

You have used a low ISO, small aperture, and neutral density filter, forcing you to use a long exposure. The only obvious effect of the 64 second exposure is a slight burring of the clouds due to movement. Was that your intent? What time of day was this photo made?

Dark and moody, a good application of that particular filter, I think, although I am just gaining experience with it, myself. I like the look of it here.

Feels great to be able to break away from work and venture out with camera in hand. Glad you made it outside!

Seems a little dark at the top for me but I like the isolation and bleakness this conveys.

I wish the tree did not blend in so well at the top. It gets lost. Otherwise I think this is an interesting composition.

I really like the mood of this image Abdulmajeed. I might consider lightening the top of the image just a bit to make the tree stand out more.

I like the inner focus of the light clouds. The darkness of the rest of the frame seems to be hiding some detail, but it does serve to simplify the image quite nicely.
