This was taken at Tiritiri Matangi Island which is a predator free bird sancturay in the Auckland Harbour (NZ). I have only been there the once but I plan to go back next summer.

Very nice Toya, I like the pose you caught the bird in, colors look good. Maybe just a bit more room all around. For me the BG works well. Thanks for sharing.

Sweet image, Toya. The bird pose is full of incipient action and alertness and the lines work well with the perch. I like the dof that provides a nice texture to the bg.
