One from the archives...

Two male blesbucks engage in a scuffle for mating rights on the plateaus of the Mountain Zebra National Park in South Africa (set in the Karoo semi-desert). The sun is just about to breach the horizon, which makes for an awesome soft colour palette.

Nicely done Morkel! I love the comp on this one as it includes the morning colors in the sky and the beautiful scenery in the great Karoo.

Nice behavior image. I like the soft early morning colors. I do wish the blesbucks were abit larger in the frame. Thanks for sharing.

I love the landscapes in that little park and it is evident that you do to

. The gorgeous scenery and the soft colors make this a lovely image to view. I do wish the right Blesbok would have a parallel pose like the left one, but obviously that was something entirely beyond your control.

The scene itself makes this a beautiful image - the soft light and rolling hills. Finding a good foreground subject is a bonus

Thanks guys. It's a lovely place to photograph wildlife in. I've yet to find the darn cheetahs though!
