Beautiful composition and detail. Great timing to get all that dripping water.

Great eye contact, details & I just love the dripping water!
I would prefer to see some snow in the foreground, at the bottom of the frame.

Excellent detail and pose. I agree with Jagdeep with thinking a little more foreground would be an enhancement. Exposure and processing look great.

Hey David,

I quite like the water streaming off the chin and that frothing water surrounding the subject - very nice "active" portrait. Those eyes are quite compelling to. Only minor nit is that it feels (to me) tight on the bottom - wouldn't mind seeing a little more room there...

Cheers...thanks for sharing this one...

Wonderful timing to get this grizzly portrait, I really like the look and the detail is excellent, the larger image was a pleasure to view, well done.

Glorious! Gorgeous! The evocative eyes, the water dripping off the face, the foam in the foreground, the sharpness, the detail in the fur.... I could go on! The only nit, in my opinion, is that the framing is a little too tight, but I'm being very picky - I had a late night and am feeling a little grouchy! :jump:

Awwww, he has such an interesting expression! I like the water crashing all around him and dripping off his muzzle. What a big guy, his head is huge!

Hello David

Sharp & Detailed where it matters. Maybe a little Tight , If you had room. What is your Crop?

I think Not Snow but foamed rushing water? Nice Catch Light, Those Eyes seem Bright but So Tiny for such a Bruin?
