And another Blue Dasher, the pose is lovely and the sky makes such a nice clean background. I'm less excited about the composition, but having a hard time saying why. I been trying several crops and think I like cutting off the bottom partial flower and about half of the sky on the left.

Very nice, John. Nice job using the blue sky for the BG, and good subject detail. I agree with Mark about cropping the bottom flower.

The low angle looks great here, especially with the clear sky background. Looks nice as presented, but if you try the crop others have suggested, I think it would look better balanced if you chopped off a bit of the sky, too.
