My first visit to Schwabacher Landing. Nikon D300 F22 1/24 ISO 200 Tokina 12-24 @22mm

Is it too wide ? I like the single shot pano look to it. I think the rule of thirds works well here as I cropped out the bulk of the sky.

Comments and critique always welcome

Very pretty location, good detail and exposure. Looks more like a postcard shot, although there is nothing wrong with that. I think it is a little wide as a standalone shot, however with other associated images it would work well. Perhaps I am a little biased as most of my landscapes are with a telephoto.

Very beautiful shot Andrew. I like the pano composition, but I think I would cut off some of the trees on the left side because I don't think they add anything to the image.

I think this would look great as a b/w as you've got a lot of tonal contrast there.

I'd crop the trees from the left as well. Good job with the reflection & making sure the foreground rocks were not touching it. With this harsh light, it would look good as a B&W. Excellent capture.

I remember my first visit here. Such and incredibly beautiful place. The comp looks good. The light is a bit harsh, but you've worked it quite well.
