Mulie Buck + Repost

There five Mule Deer bucks that I saw several times while we were in Rocky Mtn. Nat. Park last week. This one gave me a nice pose in some warm early morning sun. Nice velvet on the rack adds to the image.

Richard, like your photo. I couldn't help but post one I took in 2010 in what looked to me the same area of the Park. Certainly brought back memories. Thanks for sharing.

A nice buck in great light. I really like the environmental feel of this photo. Sharpness looks spot on.

Beautiful velvet buck and the warm light is special. The dappled nature of the shadows makes this a very tricky exposure. I would experiment with pulling back on the exposure on the body of the deer and the lower right corner area and see if that is a significant enhancement.
