Bunchberry Blossom 2

Macro photo of a Bunchberry Dogwood flower. These blossoms are quite small, not much bigger than my thumbnail, and line the forest trails at Quoddy Head State Park here in Downeast Maine. I used a series of several filter effects in PS. Canon 5DII, EF35-80@80mm.

Nicely composed and vivid image, Bill. I like the quivering effect.

Great composition, Bill.... The colors are very rich and vibrant. I might like to see a dark vignette to help pull the eye towards the blossom. All of the linear elements of the leaves tend to move the eye off of the image. Fabulous greens!

I really like the light and the colors and the effect of the filters you used. Really nice composition also.

I really like this! The little bit of green against all the green makes it pop...I've tried to do photos like this, but my profs always told me to saty "natural", so for the mot part I do. Great job!
