Storage Shed

This is an outbuilding on a flower farm, a storage shed. I was attracted by the "behind the scenes" look of a flower farm, as well as the different shapes and textures. This is one tiny, but hopefully storytelling, scene on a 5 acre, family farm engaged in the business of raising and selling Dahlia flowers, plants and bulbs. The owner is retired from competition and showing now, but his farm is still open seasonally to enjoy the flowers in the field and take bunches home. He's won a lot of awards for the Dahlias he has created, and I always look forward to my yearly trip. (Look for the flowers in the Flora gallery! )

Catherine this is a wonderful shot. Did you stack this? If not you did a tremendous job with the contrast in lighting. :toast:

Welcome to NPN! Thank you very much for the comment and question, John. I appreciate your interest.

No stacking, no exposure blending, etc. Pretty average ( for me!) work flow for post-processing with levels adjustment, dodging/burning and sharpening.
