One more sea abstract from earlier this year. I can't get enough of coastal photography, the combination of water, land & sky are just inspsiring and give unique opportunities for creativity.

I like what I see, the rich blues and long exposure effect. The bottom feels rather truncated for me, I would like to see more.

The sky, sea and shoreline look great Jorne but like Kah Kit I too would like to see a bit more at the bottom of the image.

Gary.

To me the bottom 1/4 inch is a little distracting, I might try a slight crop just to see, because the rest of the scene is quite appealing. Very nice Jorne.

I love the long exposure effect. The blue tones are fantastic. I would like to see more at the bottom.

Jorne,

Lovely exposure and cloud movement... I get the same critiques, as I love lots of negative space. I like the tension created by excessive negative space... that feeling that things are hidden and you want to see more. Like the composition and abstract nature of this image.

It's great to find a place in Nature that you relate to best and can find your voice. You've certainly done that with your coastal work. You've got a great handle on seeing well in these places.

Thank you all for the comments! While I understand the need from some of you for more space at the bottom I think Mark put my thoughts into words, I love the amount of negative space and the tension this creates

Very cool abstract image Jorne. I like how you used the long exposure here to create a very surreal atmosphere.
