Stephen, nice color, lighting and comp. Would perhaps prefer a smoother BG, but then again, I don't know what you were working with.

Beautiful separation and focus on this bloom. I love the orientation of the flower and the bright center. Wonderful image!
Patricia, this is "Glory of the Snow" and are only about 3 inches tall (or they were in the patch I shot in the spring).

Nice portrait of this lovely little flower! It seems like the highlights are slightly blown in the center. If you tone them down a smidgen it might bring a little more detail...but other than that I like it a lot!

Stephen - Very pretty - I like your composition here - more space on the right is perfect for the flower to "look into". I know this flower as Scilla but I am sure there are other names for this too.

Would not mind a bit more space on the top and bottom.
