2nd one from the series. In order of difficulty, Dahlia Abstracts are the most difficult to execute - Tulips being the easiest.

ND300s, AFS60mm F/2.8 VR Micronikkor, F/6.3, 1/125 Sec, ISO400, Diffuser and Handheld lying flat on the ground (see the next photo in the comments section).

This is where the photo was made (Dahlia on the right). The white on the ground is the kitchen towels for me to lie flat and prevent dress from getting dirty.

Oh my, this is just magical!!!! Thanks for showing us your set up. My only problem would be the getting back up.... guess I'll just have to shoot a taller flower.

I like this one alot! It's also neat to see the whole picture of what you are shooting! I like this better than the last one as the petals fill the full frame...I was a bit on the fence about the white sign in the background. I like how this one cascades from the top!
