Lush Mist

Soft light, tall, clean trees shooting straight up, rich, green foliage lining the forest floor...

A great, simple, clean image! I like this one a lot. The atmosphere has really enhanced the mood to this, and the subjects are fascinating. If I were to mention anything, it may be some slight chromatic aberration causing red/green fringing among the top of the trees. Hardly noticeable in the small version. Thanks for sharing!

I love everything about this shot Mark. Your eye, the comp, the DOF, it's just a really pleasing image to sit and look at.

Excellent atmosphere here Mark. Nice comp with the strong verticals created by the tree trunks. I'd really like to read a bit more about this location and your thoughts about the image. My only nits are the image feels a bit soft overall and the tree trunk cutting into the frame in the ULC.

thanks for the comments-this shot was taken a while ago, when i used to throw out the RAW files (shudder). I of course now keep all my RAW files. So this was an image reduction of the jpeg, which may have caused some issues (?)

I love moody places with great foggy atmosphere , would like to see more from that fairy tale place

I like the cathedral like quality to this.
