Dutch geese at sunset

Combined a photograph of geese in flight and a sunset to create this image. Both images shot this afternoon. First I got a full frame shot of these geese against a very plain boring background and while shooting I thought how nice this would be against a nice sunset. Later today I went to this spot to shoot a sunset and chose this spot with the trees in front of the sun to balance the final image with the geese pasted into frame. What do you think?

Near shot, Jasper. Very dramatic. I wish it wasn't so divided in half, but I wouldn't want to lose the sun.

Wow! This is neat!
I think you have two images here.
One is the bottom half cropped slightly over the tree line and two the sky with the geese and that beautiful BG.
Nice shot! :toast:

I think it is very well done, Jasper. The tattered "V" of the geese placed against that red sunset with the glowing sun at the bottom is very creative. Best of all, I like the mood; this has that autumn feel to it.
