Osprey and Fish

Was walking on the beach and caught some movement out of the corner of my eye and had only seconds to take this shot. I thought it was interesting for the size of the fish and the aerodynamic way the Osprey holds the fish. The fish must weigh a good proportion of the Osprey and it looks as if the Osprey is working hard to bring the catch back to the nest, as it appears to be breathing hard with the mouth open.
