This has a wonderful painterly feel. The soft colors on the petals and nicely detailed center are lovely. A stunning image.

Very, very nice Scott. The colors are excellent, and I love the detail in the center. Excellent use of the HK background. A great shot!

I like this, Scott. Lovely colors, that contrast works beautifully. Nice depth of field and background, too.

Scott:
What a beautiful Dhalia! The details in the center is just fabulous and I really like the color.
An alternate framing would be to zooming in more to the center and exclude the white at the peripheral.

Beautiful glow in the centre and superb rendering of the petals, Scott ! I know it's often better to exclude negative space in this type of shot but I personally prefer your original post, as having perhaps a better overall colour/light balance.

Cropped version's a great variation, but prefer the original post Scott.
