On a country road in early autumn, a leaf seemingly stands still amongst the colorful background.

One shot, no PS tricks or manipulation, just the basics. D90, ISO-400, f-9.0, 1/100th, 38mm. Larger is posted, thanks for your views on this!!

Great timing Bill. You should try it again in a few weeks when it is raining leaves. Might make a good abstract.

Neat. Perfectly executed. Sharp subject and BG soft enough to not grab your attention but sharp enough to give context to the scene. How appropriate for this time of year. I'd like to see others.
