We have one of these who fairly regularly sits on the telephone post outside our house, so I was glad to find one on a better perch in Addo Elephant National Park, South Africa, 14th April 2012

Beautiful bird - nice detail, perch, and BG.
Hard to tell for sure, but some CW rotation might make the raptor appear less tilted - even if he actually WAS tilted.
