Color in the Snow

We had our first snow of the year, didn't last very long, but it gave things a little different look for a while. I like the curve in the grass and the color. During normal years there is a running stream running through this area. This year it completely dried up. Thanks for your comments and critiques.

I'm loving these fall colors! Nice shot, and I do like the curve in the grass. It looks like there was a touch of wind bending the blades a bit, which adds some nice variance in this image.

Richard, I think this is very nice, and I like that curve in the grass too. The color looks really nice and I like the feel with the first snow in contrast with the reddiish colored grass. The snow coming in from the upper left corner distracts a bit for me but still a very enjoyable image! Nice work on this.

Very nice Richard! I enjoy the fine detail and the composition. The flow of grass from front to back is quite cool. Regarding color balance, this looks quite "warm", but fixes easily if you wanted to.

Your leading line of fall grass is lovely and the snow makes an interesting addition to the story.

that sweeping curve of grasses along with the fall color are superb, Richard. The first snowfall is another wonderful element in the scene. Fantastic image.

Man, you gotta look at this one large! Love the flowing grass in the middle and how it curves off to the left. Great colors and a fine fall image Richard.
