This rainfall at sunset reminded me of a campfire with smoke rising from the flames.

It does look like smoke with all of the subtle swirling above the band of orange. I wonder if adding more contrast would make the swirls stand out more? I could also see cropping the band of orange at the very bottom and some of the darkest top to further emphasize your analogy. Nicely seen.

Very cool find, Michael. . .it does look like a fire with the smoke rising. :smile: I really like the rich colors and the wonderful sweeping lines in the sky. Good composition of these abstract elements.
